As written by a normal person supplementing with HGH.
"Before I start, I'm going to say that I didn't just jump into HGH supplementing right away. I made sure that it was safe, and asked my doctor about any potential negative side effects. I only chose to begin using HGH supplements once I was satisfied that I wouldn't be harming myself in doing so.
Anyway, lets get to the good stuff:
The first week of supplementing HGH, I felt absolutely nothing, nadda. Although that's what everyone says is supposed to happen, so... So far so good, I guess?
Second week is where I got excited. I've had 'oily' skin my whole life, and I have to say, I was exstatic (sic) to begin noticing a difference in my oily skin. That is, I wasn't so greasy all the time. I used to have to shower multiple times a day, now I can get away with a morning shower and still be dry at the end of the day. Not only is my horrible oily skin clering (sic) up, it's also getting tighter. Like way tighter. I used to have bags under my eyes which I assume came from the stress of my job. The bags are almost completly (sic) cleared up. No strength or endurance increases yet.
Week three is the holy grail week for me. I have always hada (sic) dropping bodyfat. It's always, always gathered around my midsection and I can't seem to get rid of it. Diet and exercise helped, but never really got rid of it entirely. Eating properly and exercising my ass off for three weeks of HGH supplementing has made bigger progress than should be possible!!! My love handles are drying up, and I'm actually starting to see some definition of my ab muscles. They're not a six pack yet, but I'm definitly dropping bodyfat.
Week four is my fav. week so far. I've gained five pounds, but dropped almost 3% bodyfat. So the weight I've gained has all been muscle mass. I wasn't even beating myself up in the gym either, only going three days a week right now. Five pounds of muscle gained in a month while also dropping bodyfat % is only possible with HGH I think, otherwise you're going to gain some bodyfat at the same time as that muscle. I love it :-)
Week five is heaven for rest. I swear, i've never slept better in my entire life. I used to be groggy and feel like sh*t when I woke up every day, even with a healthy lifestyle. Now I sleep for 7 or 8 hours and wake up feeling like a kid again, i'm always ready to rock at the drop of a hat. My body is changing like crazy. My oily skin is gone, my wrinkles from my stressful career are nearly gone, I'm getting a six pack, and I'm building muscle like crazy. I wouldn't be building the muscle if I wasn't workin out of course, but HGH when combined with weight lifting is incredible. I've never felt stronger. When I used to look at the barbell with lots of weights on it before squatting i always felt weak and tired and not happy to be there. Now I look at the weight and its like 'whatever, man!' No joke, I've regained ten years of strength in a month and a half, and my bodyfat % is still dropping, despite eating around 4,000 calories a day and lifting weight's like a monster.
Losing bodyfat while gaining muscle is awsome, as far as I'm concerned, supplementing growth hormone is a no-brainer. I'm glad i spent such a long time researching it first, because Im a health nut. But seriously, I wish I could have been supplementing with this stuff for years. Id probably weigh 230 pounds and have sub-10% body fat, lol"
The above was written by a health nut on a popular fitness forum. These are results not discovered or tested in a lab, but in someone's home. At their last report, this person weighed 221 pounds, with a 9.5% claimed bodyfat, while standing "exactly six feet tall". To call this person anything but ripped and muscular would be a lie. The poster claims to be thirty eight years old, but says, "They tell me im almost 40. No way, I feel twenty years younger than that".
